Gestion des systèmes d'information et progiciels d'entreprise(ERP)

In this course, I taught sthe fundamentals of Information System and Enterprise Resource Planning. The main aim of this module is to reinforce students' knowledge of the operational tools of automated information systems and business management. The module includes a training section on enterprise software packages to begin to understand the use of IT in the implementation of information systems. Students will be introduced to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software packages.

Given the cost of enterprise software packages, the practical application will be based on Open Source software, and will be supervised by an industry professional.
